Related Pathways: Users can search for Pathways similar to a query pathway sharing atleast 2 proteins and ranked according to similarity score. Note: Pathways can be searched by description under "Advanced Search" option.
Pathway - Pathway Similarity Matrix allows user to visualize cluster of similar pathway pairs on this 2-D interactive heat map.
Pathway - Protein Association Matrix allows users to map all the query-related biological pathways with pathway proteins in a heatmap.
