TRANSFAC Public Data, 2005

These files were taken from the public version of the TRANSFAC database with a date of 2005-9-30.

This page shows only the Gene and Factor data, for each of which there are 3 versions:

a collection of all the separate online web pages,
a "text-like" version with some HTML markup removed, and
a (really) text-only version.

The html versions display the PNG files showing factor binding sites. The IMG tags referencing the PNG files have been removed from the "text-like" versions, but these versions include some tags that add value for subsequent processing. The text-only versions are "really" text only. They should contain no tags.

Notes:

several of these files will take multiple seconds to load into your browser,
data may have been corrupted in the editing process that produced the separate versions. Beware and verify this data with the site of origin: http://www.gene-regulation.com,
