Access CLSD using SQL using JDBC via a WS

The Centralized Life Sciences Database (CLSD) operated by the Research Computing Division of University Information Technology Services (UITS) at Indiana University provides SQL access to a collection of life science data.

This form will submit an SQL command to the CLSD database and display the result as an HTML table.

This system is NOT "productional," but rather a reference implementation to be customized for specific applications. To use this script you must first acquire a CLSD account as described in the CLSD web pages.
